Time-honored Chinese brands to be exhibited in Jinan

The Eighth China Time-Honored Brand (Shandong) Expo is scheduled from Aug 23 to 25 at the Shandong International Convention and Exhibition Center in Jinan.

The objective of the expo is to advance the consumption of contemporary Chinese goods. It sets to feature seven major exhibition areas, comprising a provincial delegation area, a famous Chinese liquor area, and a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) area, where products and unique craftsmanship from various time-honored enterprises are expected to be showcased.

Over 600 companies from 26 provinces and cities across the country are poised to participate, with 17 provinces and cities, including Beijing, Tianjin, Zhejiang, and Hainan, forming groups to display regionally distinctive cultural products.

Renowned time-honored enterprises such as Tsingtao Brewery, Tong Ren Tang, and Wu Fang Zhai are also scheduled to exhibit innovative products to meet consumers' demands.

Numerous conferences and activities will be held throughout the three-day event, including releasing lists of top time-honored brands in the TCM, condiments, and liquor sectors. The expo aims to gather resources to support the innovation and development of these time-honored brands.

The China Time-Honored Brand (Shandong) Expo is the largest professional exhibition for time-honored brands and has been held seven times since 2017. The previous expo attracted 623 companies, with on-site sales reaching 25.35 million yuan ($3.55 million) and intended orders amounting to 750 million yuan.
