The college students in Zhangdian District, Zibo City carried out the “Urban Experience Day” activity during the summer social practice.

On August 2nd, the Communist Youth League of Zhangdian District, Zibo City, jointly with the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Zhangdian District, organized over 50 intern college students participating in the Qingniao Plan to carry out the "City Experience Day" activity, aiming to provide them with an in-depth understanding of the urban development and construction achievements in Zhangdian, and inspire them to actively participate in the construction of their hometown.

The first stop was their visit to the youth-friendly community - Qiyue International Community. Qiyue International Community has won many honors, including the first batch of "YouthCommunities" in the province, the national demonstration site of Warm Hearts Home, the national demonstration community for comprehensive disaster reduction, the national model unit of the Red Cross Society of China, the science popularization demonstration community in Shandong Province, and the most beautiful volunteer service community in the province. They gained an in-depth understanding of the achievements of community construction and governance here and personally felt the harmonious atmosphere and new trend of civilization in the community.

The second stop was the Youth-Friendly Street, TangkuCulturaland Creative Park. This is a comprehensive cultural park integrating art spaces, industrial design, cultural and creative markets, literary and artistic performances, and other activities. It is a gathering place for youth in emerging fields throughout the city. The students were deeply impressed by the creative atmosphere and innovative environment here.

The third stop was the students' visit to Zibo Digital Economy Industrial Park. Guided by digital industries and formats, Zibo Digital Economy Industrial Park aims to build an important platform for nationwide "two invitations and two introductions" (inviting investments and talents), a showcase for opening up to the outside world, and an important carrier for innovation and entrepreneurship.

The fourth stop took the students to the Luzhong High-level Talent Entrepreneurship Park. Led by the staff, they visited its development history and office environment, learned about the relevant policies for talent selection, and gained a clearer vision for their future plans.

As the final stop, they arrived at Zibo Radio and Television Station. Guided by the staff, they gained an in-depth understanding of the processes of program production and live broadcast planning. They also had a close look at the professional equipment rooms, which provided them with a deeper understanding of the media industry.

Next, the Zhangdian District Committee of the Communist Youth League will regularly carry out activities such as City Experience Day, Enterprise Visit Day, and Job Experience Day to enhance college students' understanding and knowledge of the city and enterprises, thereby providing strong support and talent guarantees for building a youth-friendly city.
